At Silk Road Organics, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order, we’re here to help!
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date under the following conditions:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., an incorrect or defective item).
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at info@silkroadorganics.net with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if applicable.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address.
- We will process your refund or exchange after we receive and inspect the item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If your order included a free promotional item, it must also be returned to receive a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened or used Shilajit products.
- Items purchased during a sale or promotion (unless defective).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Silk Road Organics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking shows that your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors.
