Shipping Policy

At Silk Road Organics, we are committed to quickly and efficiently delivering high-quality Shilajit products. Please review our shipping policy to understand processing times, delivery expectations, and available shipping options.

1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
• You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Tracking & Order Status

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
• Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
• If you haven’t received tracking details, please check your spam or junk folder or contact our support team.

3. Shipping Issues & Delays

• Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.
• Delayed Shipments: Carrier delays may occur due to high shipping volumes, weather conditions, or unforeseen issues. Unfortunately, we cannot control delivery delays, but we will assist in resolving any concerns.

4. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

• Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
• If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• A photo of the damaged item(s)
• Your order number and details
  We will review your claim and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
